Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making the Aptabit website something everyone can use independently, with or without a disability.

Last updated: October 14, 2026

1Our commitment

Aptabit wants its website to work for everyone, including people with visual, hearing, motor, cognitive or neurological disabilities. Our reference is the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

This commitment also follows the Brazilian Inclusion Law (Law No. 13,146/2015), whose article 63 requires websites run by companies based or represented in Brazil to be accessible.

2What the site offers

These features apply to every page:

  • Full keyboard navigation, with a link to skip straight to the content and a focus indicator that is always visible.
  • A structure designed for screen readers: headings in order, labeled regions, text alternatives for images and clear names for links and buttons.
  • Forms with visible labels, required fields marked in text and error messages next to each field.
  • Contrast of at least 4.5:1 for text and 3:1 for icons, field borders and focus indicators.
  • Text that can be enlarged up to 200% and a layout that adapts to screens 320 pixels wide, with no sideways scrolling.
  • Support for the system's reduced motion setting: animations become calmer, with no movement across the screen and no continuous effects.
  • A button to pause and resume the continuous animations on the home page (the rotating words in the headline and the background effects).
  • VLibras, the Brazilian Federal Government tool that translates content into Brazilian Sign Language (Libras), on the Portuguese version of the site.

3Known limitations

Some features come from third-party services and are not fully under our control:

  • The security check on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) almost always works without any action. If it asks for an interaction you cannot complete, email us at the address below and we will assist you by email.
  • Embedded videos use the YouTube player, with controls and captions provided by the platform itself. They only load with your permission, and the text on the page next to them describes each one.

4How to report a barrier

If any content or feature on the site is hard to access, we want to know. Email contact@aptabit.com with the subject "Accessibility", telling us the page you were on, what you were trying to do and, if you like, the assistive technology you use (for example, your screen reader and browser).

We will reply and work on a fix. Until it is ready, we can send you the content you need in another format.

5Review of this statement

This statement was prepared on September 30, 2026, based on an evaluation of the site with automated tools and manual review (keyboard, screen reader structure, contrast, zoom and reduced motion). It will be reviewed whenever the site changes significantly.
